3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, measurements, colors, and specifications accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates, manufacturing variations, or product improvements.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The final amount payable, including shipping charges and applicable taxes, will be shown before the order is completed.
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully approved. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or an obvious website error.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped only to destinations supported by the store’s shipping settings.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, shipping carriers, local delivery services, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
6. Order cancellation, returns, and refunds
Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable provisions of Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Customers may request cancellation or return within 14 days, subject to the conditions, exceptions, and procedures stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Where permitted by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may be charged. No cancellation fee will be charged where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, incorrect delivery, or failure to supply the product as agreed.
7. Customs and import charges
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and original materials, belongs to Aya Store or is used with appropriate permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
